Typically, manufacturers provide a one-year warranty on all new equipment. During the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. If the issue extends beyond the manufacturer's service capabilities, please reach out to your ITC GURU representative for further guidance.

Regarding software, opened software and Electronic Download Software (ESD) cannot be returned. Unopened software is also non-returnable after 7 days from receipt. All sales of licenses are final. Defective software can only be exchanged for the same title within 7 days of the invoice date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges on returned software.

In the event of damaged shipments, please refuse acceptance if you notice visible damage or tampering on the box. If accepted, note the damage on the carrier's delivery record per their policy, retain the merchandise in its original packaging, and promptly notify us. We will arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged goods. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to initiate a claim; otherwise, the regular return policy will apply.

Products labeled as "Non-Refundable" or "All Sales Final" are non-returnable for any reason.

For non-defective product returns, customers may return most items (subject to manufacturer's return policy) within 10 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange, with a 20% restocking fee applied automatically. Please note, shipping, packaging, handling, and related charges are non-refundable.
